3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked via phone, email, WhatsApp Business, or through our website.
- Confirmation: We will send a confirmation of your appointment through your preferred communication method.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for an appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you, but this may require rescheduling depending on availability.
4. Treatment Plans and Consent
- Treatment Plans: Each patient will receive a tailored treatment plan after consultation. The plan will include details of procedures, costs, and potential risks.
- Consent: Before any treatment, patients must provide informed consent. For minors or individuals with guardians, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- Changes to Treatment: If adjustments to the treatment plan are necessary, they will be communicated to the patient for approval.
5. Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified during your visit.
- Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Estimates: Any cost estimates provided before treatment are for guidance only and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the procedure.
6. Refunds
Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history.
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
- Respect the clinic’s staff, facilities, and policies.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Liability
- Limitations: While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes of treatments.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for any damages arising from misuse of post-treatment instructions, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or patient-provided misinformation.
10. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please notify us promptly. We aim to resolve complaints amicably. Unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available at our clinic and on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
